Andrew Ng is an award winning Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia based portrait photography studio and have started Glance Photography Studio since 2013.
Andrew’s style of portrait photography is very much focused on informality and spontaneity to capture the spirit of love and fun. He’s much more interested in building long term relationships with his clients and when people let you into their lives, you know you’ve made a friend in them and the photos will come off more natural and meaningful.
His favorite moments during photoshoots are when the couple steals a glance at each other or when they’re hand holding at random moments. We may not know exactly the significance of that exchange but we know we’ve captured something meaningful and important. It’s sharing the most beautiful moments in our clients’ lives and documenting these wonderful moments for their keepsake forever that inspires Andrew.

Don’t be fooled by Andrew’s tattoo. He is a down to earth guy who has the natural ability to make clients feel totally at ease with his presence and warmth, to trust him totally and let him bring out the best in them with his camera (and to trust him with your money!) 🙂
Andrew was previously an Art Director in a design firm but that does not stop him from evolving into a technical geek. In his free time he will be pouring over photos to draw inspiration while sipping his favourite coffee. He also likes adventure and travel. He would jump at the slightest opportunity for an adventure and for him there is also a sense of adventure in photography where he readily anticipates challenges. Just in case you didn’t know, Andrew also enjoys yoga on a weekly basis.
